Q. What are the delivery charges for orders placed Online at Health Rx Scripts?

Health Rx Scripts offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers’ websites.

To find out how much shipping is, proceed to checkout with the item(s) in your cart. The shipping cost for the order will be displayed in the “Select Shipping Option” section of the checkout page. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.

Q. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Paying by Check Card
If you’re paying with a Visa Check Card, enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card’s issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don’t actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Q. How long will delivery take?

Health Rx Scripts does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.

**Express Shipping orders received by noon EST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon EST will arrive in 2 business days. Large orders that contain more than 100 items may require longer processing times and will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped.

Q. How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your payment information is our top priority at Health Rx Scripts.

Health Rx Scripts guarantees 100% secure ordering for all of our customers. To protect you and your personal account information, CafePress.com employs SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure commerce transactions. The SSL technology works by sending all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address information to our computer in an encrypted code. Only CafePress.com can then decode it.

In addition, you are protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act, which prohibits your bank from holding you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.

Q. How can I use discounts or coupons?

Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says “Coupon/Promotional Code.”
  • Click “Apply.”
  • If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary.

Q. How can I stop receiving SMS or text messages sent to my cellphone?

When you register with our pharmacy to process and/or deliver your prescriptions or refills, patients are offered the option to request to receive updates on the status their prescription orders or delivery status via SMS Notifications to the cellphone number we have on file for you.
If at anytime you want to cancel the SMS or text message notifications sent from our Pharmacy, simply open the most recent text message that you received, scroll to the bottom of the message content and tap/click on the link "Cancel SMS Notifications".
Doing so will immediately remove your phone number from the SMS Notifications Group. If for any reasons you continue receiving SMS Notifications after you have used the cancel link, or to directly request that yoh be removed from the SMs Notifications Group, please call our pharmacy during working hours and ask one of our pharmacists to process the removal of your phone number from our SMS group.
